Shipping

- Orders will be dispatched 1 -2 business days from receiving your order. Once dispatched we will forward you the tracking number.
- We deliver our products Australia wide using our preferred courier.
- If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us on info@gasbottlecovers.au and include pictures of the damaged goods.
Returns policy
- For any returns, please contact us via email info@gasbottlecovers.au within 7 days of receiving it.
- We are unable to accept the return or exchange of an item if it has been assembled and / or attempted to be installed.
- Please make sure you measure your outdoor gas bottle space accurately before ordering.
- Please check your order when you receive it. We will provide a full refund once item is back in our warehouse in perfect condition.
- If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us and include pictures of the damaged goods.
Cancelling an order:
- In order to receive a refund please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. If item has already been dispatched, freight charge will not be refunded and you will need to arrange return delivery to our warehouse. Once received in perfect condition a refund on the goods will be made.
